Welcome to Villas Grade! This new project starts with Casa D'Avó Carmo, a house that creates memories since 1969 of all family and friends and that we want to continue... We open the doors of our Grandmother's House, a house that has a suite, 2 bedrooms and a social bathroom, as well as a living room and kitchen. Outside, you can find a very nice and quiet terrace, surrounded by several fruit trees. The house is located in Alcantarilha, in the municipality of Silves, a few minutes from several beaches, such as Armação de Pêra, Galé and Salgados.
